Community asked to report suspicious activity on CUSD campus after hours
In a continued effort to protect Clovis Unified schools and their after-hours visitors, the community is being asked to keep their eyes open for any suspicious activity on district property in the evenings and on weekends.
Not only can the community help to watch for any activity that threatens the physical well-being of students or visitors, they can also play a key role in reporting property crimes occurring after hours.
Clovis Unified campuses are well-patrolled during school hours and at school activities, but are vulnerable when school is not in session or school activities have ended in the evening or on weekends. Reports of any sort of suspicious activity happening on campuses in the city of Clovis should be made to the Clovis Police Department at 324-2800; reports of activity on campuses in the city of Fresno should be made to the Fresno Police Department at 621-7000.
For anyone who prefers to give an anonymous tip about any suspected criminal activity on district campuses, a report can be made through the We Tip program at 1-800-78-CRIME.
